France has always been been fairly tolerant in matters of private morality including homosexuality and
this is reflected in the countries progessive legislation. There is a vibrant gay scene in Paris with loads
of bars, club, cafes, restaurants and saunas. With the fantastic food and great culture gay and lesbian
visitors to France are always assured of brilliant time. Age of consent = 15.

WEATHER=
France's climate ranges from a Mediterranean in the south with warm humid winters and hot dry summers
to a maritime in the northwest with mild winters and cool summers as well as frequent fine rain or drizzle.
In the east a continental climate is more dominant, characterized by cold winters with frost, long periods
of snow cover and warm summers.

www.Paris-Gay.Com has a complete guide of gay and lesbian life in Paris, France, with all gay or gay-friendly venues (bars, restaurants, saunas, clubs, shops...) or associations, a listing of main events (clubbing,
exhibitions, parties...), tips to help gay visitors, some gay or lesbian oriented tours of the french capital
and lots of photos, of course.

Nice & Cannes = Already famous as a playground for socialites, and for a world-famous film festival,
scenes immortalized in French Impressionist and modernist masterpieces, and a bounty of tony cafes,
bars, and hotels, Southern France's Cote d'Azur has also developed increased recognition as a favorite
gay vacation destination in recent years. Nice, the area's largest city, contains the wealth of the area's
gay bars and accommodations, and chichi Cannes attracts artsy types and bon vivants (especially during
the world-famous Cannes Film Festival in May), but a welcoming, tolerant spirit pervades the entire coastline.

From gay "wedding lists" at BHV to back rooms and saunas in the Marais;
from women-only tea dances in Montparnasse to vibrant lesbian bars
near Bastille - our celebration of the city's rainbow hot-spots shows how
"Gay Paree" now truly lives up to its name.
Paris has long enjoyed a reputation as Europe's capital of fun, fashion and romance and now, more
than ever, gay living in the capital is becoming increasingly geared towards this ideal. As a result, gays
are more and more visible with bars very often open onto the street, welcoming a varied and
multi-sexual clientele, so gay and non-gay cultures mix freely and openly with few or no taboos.
One of those breathtaking moments in which you realize how beautiful our world really is.
Here an image of Mont Saint-Michel, located in the north of Bretagne, France. The achitecture in France is probably the most breathtaking of anywhere in the world...From medieval times to modern days,
France has been at the forefront of architectural innovation.
