Farrah Fawcett In Germany Fighting Cancer

Farrah Fawcett, 60,  accompanied by Ryan O’Neil, left the country  to seek cancer treatment in Germany. The former “Charlie’s Angel” star is undergoing a revolutionary new treatment and is being attended to by one of Germany’s top oncologists.

She is allegedly having experimental  therapy at the same clinic that treated Roy Horn (Siegfried and Roy) after he was mauled by a tiger.  The Leonardis Klinik in Germany offers traditional cancer treatments and alternative care - and offer stem cell treatments that cannot be performed in the USA. The Clinic specializes in treating Cancer and Neurology diseases.

The German magazine Bunte first reported that the actress is undergoing chemotherapy in the University Clinic in Frankfurt, combining the treatments with alternative healing methods in Bad Wiessee, in southern Germany.

The former "Charlie's Angels" star - who was told her cancer of the lower intestine had returned in May - made the decision to travel to Germany after being told the treatment she wanted wasn't available in the U.S.

She is filming her cancer battle for a possible documentary. Producer of her reality show  said, "She's been documenting everything in a video diary for what could be a very important documentary."

Earlier this year, when she was pronounced "cancer-free" , Fawcett happily announced, "This is an extraordinarily happy day for me and my family. I have been on a journey for the past four months and during this time received a tremendously aggressive treatment which doctors initially warned me would be the most difficult fight of my life. In the face of excruciating pain and uncertainty, I never lost hope and it never occurred to me to stop fighting - not ever."
